Love love love this seasoning and have used it in so many dishes already. A great combination of herbs and spices enhanced by the earthy flavor of truffles. Transforms a simple poached egg into something rather special.
Absolutely incredible. Trufflewood seasoning takes every meal to another level, especially on a porterhouse steak, truly perfection. Every guest at our dinner was asking what I used on the meat because the flavor was that good.
I also had the opportunity to visit the farm in person, meet the owners, and experience the products firsthand, which made me love the brand even more. If you ever have the chance to stop by, do it. The experience, the people, and the products are all amazing.
Some of my personal favorites besides the seasoning are the truffle honey and pink truffle salt. Everything is packed with flavor and feels so thoughtfully made. Highly recommend trying Trufflewood, you will not be disappointed.
