Food Products Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund.

Change of Mind As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Delivery If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
